I came to this work because birth and parenthood broke me open in ways that I never could have imagined.

Hi, I'm Leah.
It's so nice to meet you.

The paths we choose, the choices we make along the way, the people that walk alongside us - no two stories are the same.

But we all arrive at a deeper understanding of ourselves and our shared humanity. It is an honor to be a part of this transformative and vulnerable time and I am deeply grateful to all those who have shared space with me.

The journey looks different for everyone.

When I am not supporting families in their homes, I support them as a volunteer with Baby Blues Connection, a local non-profit dedicated to providing information, resources, and peer support to those struggling with Perinatal Mood and Anxiety Disorders. I believe that raising awareness around mental health is essential to the well-being of our communities, and that in sharing our own struggles we shine a light of hope that can help others find a way out of the darkness.

At home I can be found standing in the sunshine, reading a book, feeding my children, or snuggling with our wildly sweet rescue pup.
